A very scary thing happened recently in the town of Apomu. A commercial bike rider (known as an Okada rider) kidnapped a child. Our newsroom, Fact Frontier, received the report, and we are sharing it to warn all parents.

The event happened in the middle of November. We are still trying to talk to the child's parents for the full story, as the police are investigating. But the information we have shows a situation every parent should be aware of.

How It Happened: A Mother's Worst Nightmare

Here is what we were told:

A mother was going home with her young daughter on a commercial bike. The little girl was sitting at the front of the bike, on the fuel tank.

They arrived at their house safely. The mother got off the bike to get money to pay the rider. But before she could pay, the bike rider drove away suddenly. The man sped off with the young girl still sitting in front of him. He had kept his engine running and just took off.

The mother was left behind, shocked and helpless, as her daughter was taken away.

An Important Warning for All Parents

Because of this event, we are begging all parents to please be careful.

If you often use commercial bikes with your children, never let the child sit in the front.

It may seem convenient, but it is very dangerous. When a child sits on the tank, the rider can easily drive away with them without you knowing. The parent sitting at the back cannot stop it.

Always keep your child with you on the passenger seat. Hold them tightly. Your safety is more important than convenience.

This is Not the First Time

There have been many other reports about crimes like kidnapping linked to some of these commercial bike riders. While many riders are honest people trying to make a living, some bad ones are using the job to do evil things.

They use the bike to escape quickly through traffic, and they often target people who trust them.

What Happens Now?

The people in Apomu are very worried. Everyone is helping the police to look for the missing child and the bike rider.

The police are working on the case and have asked anyone with information to come forward.

We at Fact Frontier will keep you updated as we learn more. We share this story to help prevent such a terrible thing from happening to another family.

Please, be alert and share this warning with other parents. Let's keep our children safe.
